Mr. Bruno Guilloton

Mr. Bruno Guilloton is CEO of AXA IM - Asia Pacific, and has been a shareholder representative for AXA IM's joint ventures in Asia for more than a decade. An expert at fund management, he joined AXA Investment Managers, Paris in 1999 as Head of Equities. Later, he became the Chief Executive Officer of AXA Investment Managers, Tokyo and led the merger between AXA Rosenberg, Japan and AXA Investment Managers. Mr. Guilloton left Asia in 2005 and became Global Head of Internal Audit, a position that he held till recently. Prior to joining AXA Investment Managers, Mr. Guilloton was Head of Equity Fund Management at Credit Mutual Finance for 5 years. He previously worked for 10 years with Banque Indosuez as a Financial Analyst and Portfolio Manager, before being appointed Joint Head of Equity Management in France at Indosuez Asset Management.

Mr. Sudhir Chand

Mr. Atul Sahasrabuddhe

Mr. Atul Sahasrabuddhe is a Financial Consultant since 2002. He is currently the Vice-Chairman on the Advisory Board of Yen Management Consultants where it is his responsibility to guide and oversee the Firm's business, with which he has been associated since November 2006. Mr. Sahasrabuddhe started his career with the American Express Bank in November 1984. During his tenure with the organisation till December 1993, he was involved in various activities including forex trading and derivatives. In 1994, he joined Maharaja organisation, a Sri Lankan group, as Executive Director and Group Treasurer. Mr Sahasrabuddhe joined ING Bank, India in January 1995 as Head of Financial Markets, responsible for the bank's money market and foreign exchange operations. In 2000, he was elevated as CEO of ING Bank, India, and was responsible for the Bank's commercial, investment banking and financial markets (Treasury) activities for the Asian sub-continent region. He stepped down from the CEO position in October 2002.

Mr. Ravi Gupta

Mr. Ravi Gupta has more than 31 years of professional experience in banking and financial services with Bank of India. Mr. Gupta has taken a charge as General Manager International Division from February 2017. Prior to this role, Mr. Gupta has worked as General Manager - Business Process Re-engineering Department of Bank of India from May 2016 to January 2017. He has held several distinguished positions during his career with Bank of India. In various capacities, he has effectively discharged his responsibilities as Branch Head, Zonal Head, Divisional Head, in various facets - Banking, IT, HR, etc in India and abroad (Singapore). Mr. Gupta was incharge of Forex back office, Investments, Accounts, etc., during his stint at Bank of India, Singapore.

Mr. Raghu Palat

Mr. Raghu Palat is the Chairman and Managing Director of Cortland Rand Consultancy Private Ltd, a consultancy on strategy and new initiatives for banking and finance organizations; and a Director of Cheque Mate InfoTech Private Ltd., a company specializing in knowledge management. Mr. Palat also has extensive corporate experience. Between 1998 and 2000, he acted as a consultant to restructure two banks in East Africa - Investments and Mortgages Bank and Biashara Bank of Kenya Ltd. Between 1995 and 1997, he was CEO-India for Bank International Indonesia, India, and was responsible for setting up the bank's operations in the country including regulatory licensing. He served American Express Bank for 14 years at various positions before leaving his position as Senior Director and Chief of Staff for India in 1995. He is also Dean - Banking in Welingkar Institute of Management and Research since mid-2006. He played a pivotal role in developing a diploma course in banking at the institute. Mr. Palat firmly believes that formal education should be a fine blend of fundamental and practical knowledge and teaches banking to post graduate students.

Mr. Sumant Chadha

Mr. Sumant Chadha is a senior partner with the accounting firm M/s T R Chadha & Co., Chartered Accountants (CA) and heads the Assurance practice. An astute accountant, he joined the firm in the year 1984. T R Chadha & Co is an independent member firm of the BKR International, one of world's leading accounting and consulting association firms. It conducts activities across areas such as accounting & audit, business advisory & assurance, domestic & international tax and corporate consulting. Mr. Chadha is also a member of the Board of Governors of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Delhi Chapter and Co-Chairman of Membership Development Committee of PHD Chamber of Commerce. He is a regular guest speaker with the "TV Today Group" and lends his views on market centric programs on "Headlines Today" and "Aaj Tak". He has also been a panel speaker at various seminars organized by the CA Institute and contributes articles to accounting publications.

Mr. A K Bhargava

Mr. A K Bhargava has been associated with the Punjab National Bank (PNB) since 1965 till 2003, when he retired as General Manager. In his 38 years of tenure he headed various Bank departments such as Credit, Treasury, Management Advisory and Services Division, Priority Sector and Lead Bank Division, IT Division. He also headed various Zones and exceptionally large branches of the bank. Mr. Bhargava was a Member/Chairman of various committees constituted by PNB, Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Indian Banks Association (IBA), etc. Mr. Bhargava is a Law Graduate & a Certified Associate of the India Institute of Bankers.

Mr. S A Bhat

Mr. S A Bhat was appointed by the Government of India as Executive Director of UCO Bank on February 2, 2006. He later went on to become the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD) of Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) till his term expired on October 31, 2010. He started his career with Bank of India (BOI) as a Probationary Officer in 1972 and was with them till February 1, 2006. He was Chief Dealer at Mumbai Overseas Branch of BOI, and also had a two-year stint at the bank's London Branch. He also served as Vice President and Comptroller for four years at Bank of India's New York Office. He has headed BOI's Chennai Zone as Zonal Manager. As General Manager - International Banking, he was in charge of the entire International operations of BOI. Later as General Manager - Risk Management, he was responsible for the implementation of Risk Management techniques and Basel II norms. While at BOI, he was also a nominee director for STCI, IL & FS and Indo Zambia Bank. Mr. Bhat is a Science Graduate.
